Main duty

1. Ensure the normal operation of FAB production equipment;

2. Responsible for daily inspection, regular maintenance and maintenance of FAB equipment;

3. Responsible for the formulation and optimization of equipment maintenance plan;

4. Formulate and improve equipment maintenance procedures;

5. Responsible for the optimization and upgrading of equipment to ensure that the equipment is kept in good working condition;

6. Responsible for the establishment and management of equipment files, and timely update according to equipment status;

7. Control the abnormal shutdown of equipment and improve equipment utilization;

8. Equipment spare parts management;

9. Maintenance cost control;

10. Responsible for the training and guidance of equipment assistant engineers and technicians;

11. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.

Education

1. Regular-time undergraduate and above,

2. Mechanical and electrical professional background

Requirement

1. 5 years of experience in etching equipment maintenance and management,

2. Familiar with LAM series models TCP9400,9500,9600 is preferred,

3. Experience in Samco ICP, FSE ICP maintenance is preferred,

4. Experience in original factory installation and debugging is preferred.

2. Familiar with NIKON I10, I11 lithography machine is preferred;

3. Familiar with MARK8 coating and developing equipment is preferred;

4. Experience in maintenance of wet cleaning equipment is preferred.
